Training Event: Volunteer and Board Development

Get clarity about the values and style of your organization; Find out what positive board activity might look like in your organization; Learn what skills/experience will strengthen your board activities. In Partnership with St. Thomas University, Kim Vanderwall will help you assess your board's strengths and weaknesses, identify where you can find new board members, and develop a plan with concrete actions steps for strengthening your board. You'll get the most out of this session if you can bring a board member with you!
